We have had some visitors in class 2 today to help the children understand about the role of banks, earning and saving money, disposable income and self-employment. The children loved the interactive role-plays and really learned lots of key information – especially about why mums and dads sometimes have to say ‘we can’t afford it’. Louise and David Dunning have many years experience in the banking sector between them and are now mortgage advisors. Karen is a self-employed driving instructor. We are very grateful that they gave up their time to help us today.
