A fantastic assortment of science related work was completed last week and the children’s enjoyment was evident to see. We investigated ice balloons including predicting whether they would float or not and what would happen if we put salt or water over the ice balloons. We took part in a materials riddle hunt in the hall and completed posters for the national science competition on the theme of ‘Our diverse plant’. We investigated how we could sort and classify different types of sweets (sadly without eating them!) and finally we investigated what material would make the best shoelace. Well done to everyone who joined in so well and make the week such a success.
