Today would have been out last day in school before the Easter break. It will be a different kind of holiday for all of us this year but it will be a break nevertheless. You have all been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and I am so proud of you all. Don’t feel that you have to keep up with lots and lots of specific home learning activities- you will all still be learning every day, in everything that you do. We have some class birthdays to celebrate too over the next few days; Lara, Jack and Freddie, we all wish you a very Happy Birthday and hope you have delicious cake!

No new challenges today other than the daily maths challenge. Take the time today to look back on the last two weeks of blog posts and see if there is anything that you haven’t attempted yet. Don’t forget about the art competition set by Hornsea Mortgage Brokers as there is a great prize on offer, try the scavenger hunts if you haven’t done already and complete the daily maths challenges. Some of you missed the virtual museum link and there is no better time to visit a museum than when you are on holiday so I’ll post it shortly.

Over the holidays keep up with the reading and try and read every day if you can, school reading schemes books that you can access online, comics, magazines, instructions, recipes, online articles, this blog – it’s all reading! If you are going to use Purple Mash, then focus on the Easter activities, the book review and you could also send me a postcard using the template! I will pop back shortly with the last daily maths challenge for a while and some holiday science ideas and I will also have a little message for you all at the end of the day….

Easter is on its way
