Class 2 work out

If you can,the best exercise is to get out in the fresh air and go for a daily walk, bike ride or scooter ride. If this isn’t possible you might be able to create your own obstacle course in the garden or you can try the Joe Wicks Primary P.E. which is on daily at 9am (don’t forget dress-up Fridays!) or you can watch it anytime on the Body Coach Youtube channel. If you prefer dance then Oti Mabuse has a great youtube channel for themed dance workouts and is also live daily at 11.30am.

I will be posting weekly video clips which will help you develop your skills for the summer sport of cricket. Have a go and see if you can impress Mr Barnes by being a superstar cricketer when we return to school. I might even video myself and post it for you all to see (no promises!)
